Winter

Payment

50% of the total tariff at time of booking, full payment due 30 days prior to arrival. Verification will be forwarded at time of booking. Credit card payments incur a surcharge, as follows: Visa and Mastercard - 1.3%, Amex - 3.6%. We do not accept Diners card.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be notified in writing. Deposits will be refunded less a cancellation fee of $50.00 if more than one calendar month notice is given. If one calendar month or less notice is given then all monies paid are forfeited. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

Refunds

Refunds will not be given for any advertised "Early Bird" packages, no shows, on any meals, accommodation, flights, transfers, ski hire or lift tickets that are not utilised.

Arrivals

Check in is after 4pm. Luggage storage is available in Resort Foyer for early arrivals.

For late arrivals please call Quality Resort Horizons on 02 6456 2562 to make arrangements. Upon check-in a credit card pre authorisation for $200 or a $200 cash security holding deposit will be required.

Departures

Check-out time is 10am. A surcharge of one (1) night's accommodation will apply to late checkouts.

Room Inclusions

All rooms and suites are fully self contained and include private balcony, telephone, TV with Austar, in-house movies, laundry facilities, fully equiped kitchens including microwave and dishwasher. All linen and towels are supplied. Executive suites also offer a spa bath in the ensuite bathroom.

Resort Facilities

Resort facilities include McEvoys licensed a la carte restaurant, Horizons Bar and Bistro, guest lounge with fire place, indoor heated swimming pool, tennis court, beautician and massage therapist.

Responsibility

Neither the company nor anyone on its behalf shall be liable for any death, loss, injury, accident, damage to personal property (including baggage) or delay, illness, strike, machinery failure, acts of government or other authorities, acts of God, improper documentation or any other causes beyond its control. They reserve the right to alter or amend accommodation and/or dates according to circumstances beyond their control. Prices, services and conditions are based on the situation at the time of printing but can be subject to change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances.This reservation is not confirmed until all of the above terms and conditions have been met.

Summer

Payment

To Guarantee your reservation, Credit Card Security is required at time of booking. Full settlement of your account on departure is payable by cash or credit card only. Payment by cheque on departure is not accepted. 'No shows' will have the full rate charged to the credit card. Dishonoured cheques will incur a fee of $30.00. Cancellations

A cancellation fee of 1 nights accommodation will apply to any booking cancelled within 48 hours of arrival. Christmas & Easter, if cancelled within 30 days of arrival deposit will be forfeited. We recommend travel insurance.

Check in is any time after 3pm. If an earlier arrival is required, please advise prior to arrival and we will endeavour to accommodate you as quickly as possible. Upon check-in a credit card pre authorisation for the full amount owing plus $200 or a $200 cash security holding deposit will be required. Reception is open unitil 8pm. For arrivals after 8pm please call 02 6456 2562 to organise alternate check in procedures.

Check out is prior to 10am. Please let us know if you require a late check-out and we will do our best to accommodate you.
